The Best Inventor

Hi my name is Guillermo and I am an inventor I have a lot of new and very good inventions, I am looking for help to take my new inventions to the market in return I am offering the 50% of the royalties, I have new products for all most any thing that you can ever imagine, from new technology to new software's I have the graphics for now but with your help I can make them prototypes, I already lose so many new inventions just because I didn't have the help that I need it to make my inventions, I am Na show you some of the inventions that I had, I am Na put some of the pictures of what it could be done by me, I have 10ns or may be up to one hundred new inventions, and I have prove of everything that I am saying right here, I am Na show you! but before I show you that I present to you my new baby my new invention "The Teacher Guitar" Here I explain in details how this new baby of mine works.

The Teacher Guitar

The Teacher Guitar is a instrument that can teach a student to play the guitar just by turning on some lights that will synchronize with each position that each guitar chord has. So if you can fallow the lights with your fingers and you can fallow them fast you will learn fast to play the guitar. This new invention will teach you all that you can learn from manual books or music teachers and other sources.

Fig. 1 Shows a (double A battery) that you will put in the black box that is on the up front in the body of the guitar, you have to put 2 double A batteries in the black box so you can have power to turn on and off the synchronize.

Fig. 2 Show the (Synchronizer) this synchronize turns on and off the lights on the fret of the guitar telling you the positions of each chord on the guitar. If you want to learn more about the synchronize you can learn more looking at the synchronize page..

Fig. 3 Shows (the Black Box) in this figure you can see a black box in this box it has the synchronize inside the box in the up front of the box, and the double A batteries in the bottom of the box, inside the black box we connect the synchronizer with the batteries and the wires that connect each of the lights.

Fig. 4 Show the (screws) these screws hold the top of the black box close.

Fig. 5 Show (the (+) and (-) wires) this wires come from the black box in side the guitar to the inside of the neck of the guitar to connect each of the lights that are located on the fret of the neck of the guitar.

Fig. 6 Show a (wire holder) this wire holder is to hold all the wires together that connect each of the lights that goes to each fret of the guitars neck.

Fig. 7 Show the (Small Light)

Fig. 8 Show (the neck of the guitar) in this figure we can see that the lights that are located in 2 frets of the guitars neck are (on) so you can see how this lights will work.

Fig. 9 Show the (inside the guitars neck) this figure shows you were the wires of the lights will go.

Fig.10 This figure shows you 3 lights (on) in each fret so you can learn to play the A-Chord that’s how you will learn all the other chords in the same manner teaching you different chords with the lights. You will position your fingers in the lights and the lights will guide you so that you can learn all the chords. The lights will turn on for 5,10, or15 seconds so that you can learn to play the chords.

The Synchronizer

The synchronizer synchronizes the lights that are located on the fret of the neck of the guitar; it synchronizes the lights so you can press the right string to play a chord on the guitar, an example is on the right picture of the synchronizer were there are 4 pieces of the neck of the guitar with the fret and the lights under the strings of the guitar for each position to play a chord on the guitar.

Fig. 1 Show the (7 channels switch) with this switch you can control which key Major, minor, or flat you want to learn. For example if you turn the switch to the A key you will see that the lights will turn on so you can fallow the lights to put your fingers on the right position for all the chords related to the A key.

Fig 2 Show the (Timer Switch) with this switch you can control the time duration that you want for the lights to go on, if you are a slow person accommodating your fingers for the right position to play a chord on the guitar fret you can put the switch for 15 seconds so you can fallow the lights more easily, and with practice you can change the switch to 10 or 5 seconds so you will increase your speed on changing chords positions.

Fig 3 Show (the Power Switch) with this switch you will turn your guitar synchronizer power on or off so you can learn to play the guitar.

Fig 4 Show (the Press Switch) with this switch you can control the 3 different kinds of keys that the synchronizer will have on the guitar. For example if you want to learn to play a major chord you just press the button that says “Major Key” and the synchronizer will automatically turn on the lights on the fret of the guitars neck so you can play the key that you select it. You can also select other key like Minors or Flats so you can learn to play those chords.

Here are just a few inventions that could it been mine! you can see them on the up right side of my blog, and they are just a few of them and like I said before, I have more and may be better then douse that you can seen now in here, if you really want to help and make business with an inventor like me contact me at my email guillermol.2010@gmail.com

Turning an Invention Idea into Money

No Money

If you have absolutely no money and you want to get your invention into the marketplace, it is very unlikely that you will be able to turn your invention into a commercial product. By no money, we mean someone who is unable to earn money above living expenses, raise money, or borrow any money.

However, if you are willing to work there are opportunities out there.

Business Means Business

The most fundamental piece of advice I would give a newbie trying to raise money for his/her invention is this; conduct yourself in an appropriate businesslike manner. An e-mail inquiry asking for financial support penned in an informal manner and full of grammar and spelling errors will get no response. The same goes for badly penned snail mail and muffled or confused sounding phone calls.

Invention Funding

Below are outlined several different ways to gain invention funding to borrow or raise the funds needed to bring your invention through the several stages of the invention process and to the marketplace.
I would also suggest that you could join a local investors group to learn from those in your area who have already accomplished what you hope to accomplish: raise money, find backers, or get a patent etc.

Many branches of the government give grants and loans to fund research and development of inventions. However, the grants are often very specific as to what type of inventions funding is given. For example, the U.S. Department of Energy offers grants for the development of inventions that benefit the environment or save energy. The U.S. Department of Small Business offers small business loans. Getting a grants or loan will require footwork and research on your part.

Venture capital or VC is funding invested, or available for investment, in an enterprise such as bringing invention to marketplace that offers the probability of profit (along with the possibility of loss) to an investor.

Traditionally, venture capital is part of the second or third stage of financing for a business start up, which starts with the entrepreneur (inventor) putting their own available funding into a shoestring operation.

Next, an angel investor may be convinced to contribute funding. Generally an angel investor is someone with spare funds and some personal (family) or industry-related interest. Angels are sometimes said to invest emotional money, while venture capitalists are said to invest logical money that is they are willing to help give the new enterprise a more solid footing. Did you get your business plan together yet? Your potential investor will want to see it.

Research Canadian invention funding, research money, grants, awards, venture capital, support groups and Canadian government patent offices.
Win prizes or a scholarship. Student invention competitions includes college and pre-college programs. This are jus a few of thing that you can do to make your idea or invention in to a product.

Here are some web sites for searching for your idea:

(copy and paste into your browser window)

1. Canadian Patent Search: http://www.patents.ic.gc.ca/cipo/cpd/en/search/boolean.html

2. U.S. Patent Search: http://www.uspto.gov/patft/index.html

3. Google Patent Search: http://www.google.com/patents

4. Join a group of inventors in your area: In Toronto: http://www.innovationinitiative.org/

5. United Inventors Association: http://www.uiausa.org/

Once your search is complete and you feel it's time to go ahead with your idea, then you may wish to speak with a Patent Lawyer about protection. Patents are very costly and time consuming. They may or may not help! Some ideas are good, especially high tech or new technology, but most are not that good as to truly justify spending a pile of your life savings, before you've even tested the market with one sale of your product. Personally, I believe sales should be the main focus. Sales is the horse that pulls the cart. It's the leading factor in winning the race, and the patent process is the cart, loaded down with tons of wasted cash and discouragement. Now I'll make my point. If you've spent years (or know someone who has) lingering and waiting with their top secret idea, and spending their hard earned money on patent protection, only to see that very product on a store shelf, well ... how would that make you feel? Now how would you like it if instead, one million people gave you one dollar and in return you gave them something back. That is ... focus on sales, give something back, SALES is KING, SALES WINS the RACE. It's SALES that will make YOUR DREAMS come true. Now I will give you an example.

PICK ANY PRODUCT ON THE MARKET: ELECTRONICS, AUTOMOTIVE, HOUSEWARES, SPORTS EQUIPMENT, BOATING, PET CARE, CLOTHING, YOU NAME IT . . . JUST LOOK AROUND AND PICK ONE THING.

EVERYDAY, THE RICHEST COMPANIES WITH THE MOST HIGHLY EDUCATED AND EXPERIENCED PEOPLE ARE BRINGING NEW PRODUCTS TO YOU. BUT DID YOU EVER NOTICE THAT YOU CAN GO INTO ANY STORE AND PURCHASE ALMOST ANY ONE OF THE ITEMS YOU PICKED (EACH ONE BEING ALMOST THE SAME) BUT WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND NAME. COMPANIES ARE FOCUSING THEIR ATTENTION ON SALES . . . WHICH IS THE HORSE THAT WINS THE RACE! AND WHEN THE RACE IS OVER . . . IT'S OVER. THE POOR STRUGGLING (MAYBE) PATENT HOLDERS ARE LEFT WITH THE EMPTY CART, WHILST THE HORSE HAS BOLTED OFF . . . IN SEARCH OF NEW IDEAS, NEW SALES AND A NEW SHARE OF THE MARKET.

HERE IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE: YOU CAN MAKE A LIST AS LONG AS YOUR ARM OF THE COMPANIES WHO MAKE HAMBURGERS. YOU CAN MAKE THAT LIST LONGER BY ADDING SUPERMARKETS AND CORNER STORES, BUT WE'RE NOT DONE YET! YOUR FRIENDS, NEIGHBOURS AND RELATIVES MAY ALSO INVITE YOU OVER FOR A WONDERFUL BURGER (AND IT'S EVEN FREE!) . . . WHOSE IDEA WAS THAT ANYWAY? . . . AND NOW WHO CARES? IF A MAJOR CHAIN GETS ONLY 2% OF THE MARKET, THEY ARE FABULOUSLY HAPPY WITH THAT! IT MEANS THEY ARE MAKING A LOT OF MONEY! BECAUSE THEY HAVE " A SHARE" OF THE MARKET. YOU CAN TOO! IF YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT OUT WHERE PEOPLE CAN BUY IT! BE FAST . . . BE FIRST! AND THE CASH IN THE CART WILL BE YOURS.

In order to receive . . . first . . . you must let go

These are the basic steps for turning your idea into cashing a cheque at the bank.

OBSERVE: What is needed to solve a problem? Begin the creative process.

SEARCH: Is it already out there? In most cases it is, you just didn't look hard enough.

PROTOTYPE: Make one and try it. Use a none disclosure agretment. Get all the feedback you can, change it, improve it. Most importantly find out if other people really want it and will pay you for it. Get advance orders for sales from your prototype.

MANUFACTURE: Find a way to make your product and store it. See if you can make your product in small quantities and generate sales before you invest in mass production. No need to make millions in China yet. Take the little steps first and the big ones later, using profit from proven sales and not your life savings or borrowed money from relatives. The doors will open after you have proven sales - not before. Do not make a truckload and only sell one. Make one and get orders for a truckload!

PATENT: Speak with a lawyer, his search will be even more thorough. Will your idea be worth the money spent for a patent? Should you just quickly make your product and get all the sales you can and not look back, or use the money from early sales to cover the legal costs. Few inventors are able to licence their invention to a large company without an iron clad patent. They may not want your product or even want to talk to you about it. The company may just change the version of your idea. Great to licence your product, if you can do so. Great to win a Lottery also.

NAME: Your product needs a name. This also requires a trade name search for Canada and the U.S. If your new product name is available, it needs to be applied and paid for (to search go to patent web sites).

GRAPHICS: You will need packaging, instructions and photos.

COMPANY: Work with your own personal name and bank account for awhile. Get some sales first, then register a company name and open a company bank account.

SALES: You've got to get your product into the market in every possible way to begin receiving a return on your investment. You need to learn how to ship boxes and fill out the paperwork.

BOOKKEEPING: Your sales minus your expenses is your taxable income. Keep all your receipts and bank statements. If you're not a bookkeeper, hire one. The greater your profit, the hire the tax bracket you will be in, until you've reached almost 50%. Congratulations! You get to keep one half of every dollar you've worked so hard for. If your goal is to be a millionaire, you must make two, but you'll have so much fun along the way. First do some serious homework and check out the sites below.
